Initial alpha release

The desktop-entry-daemon is now in alpha! From here on, the API is unlikely to change until more users get a feel for it, and submit feedback. I hope to work with anybody who is interested in this concept to further develop the idea.

The changelog is very muddled for this version, because a lot of it was rapid iteration. This will be fixed moving forward, as now the dameon is stable enough to have a few changes per commit, instead of entire rewrites.

As always, the contents can be built using just build and just install, but look into the files for the individual commands if you'd like! Attached is a reference linux x86_64 binary, but building it yourself is recommended at this stage. If you're running Fedora Workstation, you can also check out my copr for alpha rpm builds.
