Traffic Generation ue1 Ping 172.16.0.1 network unreachable #1

I am try to generate the traffic in UE1. my EPC , ENB and UE is already run but the problem is when i try to run this :

sudo ip netns exec ue1 ping 172.16.0.1

it will error, the error show "ping: connect : network is unreachable"
