Note: I just bumped URI to 2.3 - there is also a major version 3 of that, so maybe it could be bumped to that. Some of the "new/recent" major versions are not actually in use by people that use them as dependencies of dav and/or vobject. The is because dav and vobject have not had major version releases yet ("one day" I might get finished with all the updating of parameter types, return types, PHPdoc of array shapes etc. for those)
