Hi,

I am trying to run the decoupleR pipeline for TF enrichment analysis.
Please help.

Trying the code using OmnipathR:

net <- get_collectri(organism='human', split_complexes=FALSE)
Error: 'static_table' is not an exported object from 'namespace:OmnipathR'

Hi, I think since the server is back it will work fine as I suggested at the other issue. Let me know if you still experience any issue.
