Created project on ruby on rails. IDE used Cloud9

Application now have the bootstrap, font-awesome integrated in it. Added custom routes to the signup and login page.

Can be used this as a base to start new project. database is default sqlite 3. If you wish to use mysql then make the changes in the dabase.yml. add gem for mysql2
