macros.kf5: %_metainfodir may not be defined #1

Got tbe following error from OBS:

 RPM build errors:
     Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
    /usr/%_metainfodir/org.kde.itinerary.appdata.xml

I think when %_metainfodir is undefined in the env that might lead to this.

Not sure at this point though.
