ShippingAddress not complete

Hello,

the results of get_orders, get_order and get_order_address for some amazon ids (~50 out of ~300 from production data)
have empty 'Name' fields and the 'ShippingAddress' is missing any 'AddressLineX' fields.
For example the results only contain these fields without 'AddressLineX' and 'Name' is empty:

['PostalCode', 'City', 'CountryCode', 'County', 'Name']
['PostalCode', 'City', 'CountryCode', 'Name']
['StateOrRegion', 'PostalCode', 'City', 'CountryCode', 'Name']

Checking the order in sellercentral the addressdata is complete and looks not have any special.

Marketplace is EU / DE, thought first it mighty be an issue with special characters but that is not the issue.
I have other orders with no problems with special characters
and orders without special characters have the same problem.

Any hint or advise?
