bathingWaterIdentifier naming in Wikidata -> Eionet bathingWaterIdentifier ?

@AndersElias is this a EU specific identifier? Looks like user Jura1 has a point as Wikidata with more than 6000 external properties needs uniqueness and easy to understand so it makes it easy for everyone to understand and use the property the naming is important....

I feel its sad that bathingWaterIdentifier in the Swedish API is called Nutskod it feels like it just add confusion

As my understanding is that bathingWaterIdentifier is in the "namespace" eionet that is "European Environment Information and Observation Network" maybe we should use eionet as the "prefix"
