No internet connection information

Summary:
Update the "No internet connection" message on main page - according to the design.

Task:

• Switch from notification to the full screen for the "No internet connection" information

Summary: When there is lost internet connection - it affects only the "Authenticator" main page, where are displayed authorizations. Hence, we change the empty state (or if there is authorization request present, then also) to the No internet state with new picture, title and description. Please apply smooth animation for state change.
- Title: "You're offline"
- Description: "Your network is unavailable. Please verify your internet connection."
