This repository is a collection of scripts/code utilized within the Woods Neuromodulation Lab. See below for a description of each file.
- defacing: Scripts formatted specifically for defacing project
- conductivities: Stores conductivity values for ef2j.m
- MRIcroGL_mosaic.ipynb: Jupyter notebook hosting a collection of different Python scripts intended to be implemented in MRIcroGL to import data and generate figures.
