congratulation for this interesting analysis. I shortly looked at your data and did not find a retail price for two (low cost) GMT and Submariner models in your analysis. However, I did find the prices on the Rolex website. Did I miss-understand what you meant by retail price?

Ah I guess you have just looked up the retail price at AW. Would be interesting to scrape the Rolex site and see the premiums/discounts for all watches where AW states no retail price and then rank watches by implied attractiveness
