Release that contains Fedora 3.8.1 and Solr 4.10.4

It appears that the most recent release here for 3.x is v7.1.0 that has Fedora 3.7.1 and Solr 4.9.0: https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-jetty/tree/v7.1.0

We'd like a release that has the latest Fedora 3.x and Solr 4.x software. Those versions are 3.8.1 and 4.10.4 at this time.

I found that the tip of the 7.x-stable branch already has Fedora 3.8.1 and Solr 4.10.2. But there's not a tagged release for that. Did you have plans to cut a release the tip of 7.x-stable?

Release 7.2.0 https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-jetty/releases/tag/v7.2.0 is the latest on the 7-x branch, so you can use that.
