Places to give a talk
This is a list of places that Sandstorm community members should think about giving a talk. They're sorted by date of the event. If you can think of another conference or get-together where attendees would like to hear about Sandstorm, then please add it to this list!
If you're thinking of giving a talk, but have any difficulty at all paying for travel or conference fees, Sandstorm might be able to help you out. Email community@sandstorm.io and we will see what we can do.
If you'll be at a conference, we want to give you stickers you can hand out to attendees. Honestly we might want to give you enough to hand out to every attendee. Email us at community@sandstorm.io.
As you can see on the Sandstorm Talks page, many people have given a talk about Sandstorm at a programming or Linux or sysadmin meetup near them.
If you made an app written in Python, give a talk about it at a Python meetup.
If there's a Linux user group near you, tell people there what you like & don't like about Sandstorm.

- Summary: LibrePlanet is an annual conference hosted by the Free Software Foundation for people who care about their digital freedoms, bringing together software developers, policy experts, activists, and computer users to learn skills, share accomplishments, and address challenges facing the free software movement.

- Summary: LinuxFest Northwest is an annual OpenSource event held the last weekend in April, in Bellingham, WA USA. The Fest features presentations and Exhibits on various F/OSS topics, as well as Linux distributions and applications. LinuxFest Northwest has something for everyone from the novice to the professional.
