Describe the bug
Tags do not appear if you open the image in the Media Browser before they finish loading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the media browser plugin.
  2. Click on the pencil icon below an image with tags to open the image detail popup. Make sure you have enough tags so they have to still be Loading before you open it.
  3. Tags section will be shown as Loading...
  4. After the tags finish loading, you won't be able to see the image tags.

Expected behavior
Image tags to be displayed after tags sections finish loading.
