Inline File Upload

Editors are frequently frustrated with the inline image upload message Can't upload files here
"It appears broken" "I'm not sure how to upload images" "it looks like I don't have permission to upload" etc.

Find a way to allow inline uploading

Describe alternatives you've considered
Re-design the input component to make it feel less disabled, possibly by removing the Can't.. and disabled upload button, and making it more clear that you can upload within the plugin after clicking 'select'. Perhaps some alternative text on the button upload and select or something to that effect.
