Install vagrant.
And then:
vagrant up
vagrant ssh
# now, within vagrant
cd /vagrant
./up.sh
This should give you a rabbitmq cluster accessible at rabbit1, rabbit2 etc.
You can publish and consume by running python rabbit_test.py
