Micro-Business ERP Management App Overview This repository contains the source code for a comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) management application tailored for micro-businesses. The application is built using React Native Expo for the frontend and Firebase for the backend.

The goal of this project is to provide micro-business owners with a user-friendly and efficient solution for managing various aspects of their business operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, customer relationship management, and more.

Features Inventory Management: Keep track of product inventory levels, receive low stock alerts, and manage stock replenishment. Sales Tracking: Record and monitor sales transactions, generate sales reports, and analyze sales performance. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain customer records, track interactions, and manage customer inquiries and support. Order Management: Create, process, and fulfill customer orders, manage order status, and track order history. Expense Tracking: Record and categorize business expenses, track spending, and generate expense reports. User Authentication: Secure user authentication and authorization using Firebase Authentication. Real-time Data Sync: Utilize Firebase Realtime Database for seamless real-time data synchronization across devices. Offline Support: Enable offline data access and synchronization for uninterrupted usage.

Specific Features to be shipped: User Management: Allow administrators to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the system. Different users might have varying levels of access based on their roles.

Dashboard and Analytics: Provide a dashboard with customizable widgets and charts to give users insights into key business metrics such as sales, inventory levels, financial performance, etc.

Inventory Management: Enable users to track and manage inventory levels, including stock tracking, warehouse management, purchase orders, and inventory valuation.

Sales Management: Implement features for managing the sales process, including creating quotes, orders, and invoices, managing customer information, tracking sales pipelines, and monitoring sales performance.

Purchase Management: Allow users to create and manage purchase orders, track suppliers, manage supplier contracts, and optimize procurement processes.

Financial Management: Include modules for managing financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Incorporate CRM features to manage customer interactions, track leads, manage customer profiles, and analyze customer behavior to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Supply Chain Management: Integrate supply chain management functionalities to optimize the flow of goods and services, from procurement to production to distribution.

Human Resource Management: Offer features for managing employee information, payroll processing, leave management, performance evaluations, and other HR-related tasks.

Reporting and Business Intelligence: Provide robust reporting capabilities with customizable reports, data visualization tools, and business intelligence features to help users make data-driven decisions.

Integration and Customization: Ensure the system supports integration with other tools and services commonly used in businesses, and provide customization options to tailor the system to specific business needs.

Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA, and provide audit trails for tracking user activities.

Mobile Accessibility: Consider providing mobile access to the system through native mobile apps or responsive web interfaces to allow users to access critical business functions on the go.

Scalability and Performance: Design the system to be scalable and performant, capable of handling growing data volumes and user loads without sacrificing performance.

Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support, updates, and maintenance to ensure the system remains functional, secure, and up-to-date with evolving business needs and technologies.

Configuration Before running the app, make sure to configure Firebase for your project:

Create a Firebase project on the Firebase Console. Enable the necessary Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, etc.). Copy the Firebase configuration settings (API keys, project IDs, etc.) and replace them in the appropriate files (firebase.js, firebase.json, etc.) in your project.
