Stable, Revamped UI

UI Changes:

• Revamped UI to Windows App Style Metro UI as defined in MahApp
• Use single slider for each resource
• Show auto or overheat on top of resource name

Keymaps/Shortcuts:

• Now added a shortcut. Ctrl + Alt + 1 from anywhere to toggle on off.
• Added notifications for On/Off

Most important changes in the backbone from upstream:

• Support for Intel CoffeeLake, ApolloLake and AMD Ryzen CPUs (thanks @dan-and)
• Support for AMD Puma CPUs
• Support for many new notebook models
• ec-probe now supports colored output
• Improved settings file handling
• Lots of stability improvements and bugfixes
