• Add a new section to docs/user/SingleStore.md for Customizing SingleStore Deployment Overlays for orders including SAS Viya with SingleStore for stable cadence versions 2023.10 and later.
• Added a new section heading to docs/user/SingleStore.md for Customizing SingleStore Deployment Overlays for orders including SAS Viya with SingleStore for LTS versions 2023.03 and earlier.
