Hi,
Hope you are doing well. As our lab are generating increasing number of single cell histone modifications data, I would like to try out the scChromHMM since it looks wonderful!!

A question to me is I realized the tool hardcodes cell barcodes to be 16bp, which would be a problem if the input library are more than one (for each modality) . I understand this repo is to keep record of the original publication (great paper), but I wonder whether there is a plan to update this package?
