[guides] Guidance on reading guides from files.

Is there any guidance yet on how to read a guide from a file? For example, there is no open_guide() function.

It could be useful to add a simple command palette from a guide. Like a guide listing all the different open commands, or all the save_*() commands. I was thinking of a static guide file with the formatting to add the interactive parts.

Or creating a custom guide for a data file you are reading. This is similar to what I was asking about having a guide for Jeremy's Tutorial or Guided solution for the Hanukkah of Data.
