Understanding Zinc - where to find more information.

Do you know where can I find more resources about how Zinc works? I would like to get a high-level picture of it before diving into the internals. CONTRIBUTING.md says that Once you understand the basics of incremental compilation, start having a look at open tickets you can help with. but it doesn't point to resources which will help with that.

By far I've only found https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8ACmUHQ2jg&ab_channel=sphereit, which is great btw, but I wonder if there are more useful materials.
