0.2.0 release

Includes 0.2.0-snapshot commits, changes from machaval's fork, and updates for scala 2.12.2.

Two deprecated features (since 0.1.5) were removed:
DoubleIndentClassDeclaration and PreserveDanglingCloseParenthesis

In their place use DoubleIndentConstructorArguments and DanglingCloseParenthesis respectively.
