Scala 'Panthera Tigris' v7.5.0

Overview

This is the 'Panthera Tigris' v7.5.0 release of the Scala Network Core daemon software. This release contains upstream code from monero and also a bunch of other bug fixes and features.

Some highlights of this release are:

• libIPFS integration (use --disable-ipfs to not use any IPFS/Diardi features (Mandatory for Diardi nodes))
• Diardi checkpointing integration to pull checkpoints from IPFS
• Light wallet features to work with upcoming ScalaLight wallet
• Major and minor bug fixes
• Includes the scala-blockchain-downloader binary for easy sync of scala blockchain by downloading it straight from IPFS.
