noodle-strut

An interactive 3D printing structural support module for PyMOL

Dependencies

python3
PyMOL version 2.0+

Install

Plugin -> Plugin Manager -> install New Plugin
Select 'Choose file...' under Install from local file
browse to _init_.py within the downloaded Strut_Insertion directory
open the python file -> select OK to accept default installation location
