- Nanopore_max_len.csv: data table containing maximum length of Nanopore long reads over time.
- sequencing_tech.csv: data table containing different selected sequencing technologies with mean read length and source of information.
- ncbi_eukaryota_genomes.tsv: data table containing all genome submission information for Eukaryota in NCBI (access date: 09/16/2022)
