Help Desk Platform - The Help Desk Frontend Module & Web Plugin

This application module provides the responsive web front-end of help desk agent interaction, activity monitoring and agent reporting for the Help Desk Platform.

It also provides RESTful web services for real-time activity tracking and for communication between the client web plugin and the module.
