Hi there! I'm new to Pymol and I've been using it to visualize protein interactions. I saved my session as a .pse file. However, every time I reopen the saved .pse file, I'm having an issue with the protein resolution (as shown in the picture below).
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Could you please help me find a solution?

It looks like the "lower resolution" image isn't using OpenGL shaders at all. A good starting point would be to try set use_shaders, 1 to see if this fixes it.
