Add packit automation
Cover tests for using UseCython.cmake for pure CMake
Move the *.cmake files to /usr/share/cmake. Need to patch cmake.module entry-point
Adjust the dependency to cover python3-numpy-f2py
Split the package into python and cmake-only
Which scikit-build-core should be used for the PR CIs: nightly, release or downstream?
