Registration Flow

A flow to register your tractograms more efficiently (e.g. in MNI) while resampling the number of streamlines and the number of points per streamlines

NOT TESTED WHEN THE NUMBER OF ASKED RESAMPLED STREAMLINES IS HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL NUMBER OF STREAMLINES

• Usually used for downsampling

• NextFlow
• ANTs
• scilpy (create a virtualenv)
