Add GitHub Action for Pytest.

The GitHub action is similar like here:
https://github.com/sclorg/httpd-container/blob/master/.github/workflows/openshift-pytests.yml
or https://github.com/sclorg/mariadb-container/blob/master/.github/workflows/openshift-pytests.yml

And the tests are triggered properly.
