Processing will generate spinal cord segmentation, vertebral labels, and compute cord CSA for T1w, T2w and T2w_flair. Specify the path of preprocessed dataset with the flag -path-data

To create manual disc labeling, lauch the following command and click at the posterior disc for C1-C2, C2-C3 and C3-C4.
sct_label_utils -i <IMAGE> -create-viewer 2,3,4 -o <IMAGE>_labels-manual.nii.gz
