Here are examples of data that was excluded from the analysis (listed in exclude.yml):

  • FOV cuts C2-3 disc:
    image
    (sub-1094289_T1w.nii.gz)

  • Motion artefact:
    image
    (sub-1125665_T1w.nii.gz)

  • Poor data quality:
    image
    (sub-1115141_T1w.nii.gz)
