Fixes readme compose example to remove mentions of READSB anything. sed fix the bias t scripts

You left the influx stuff in the compose file which won't have any effect since it's not pulling the telegraf branch of ultrafeeder. I think it should probably be a fully functional compose file, I.e. With the compose version and |
