FYI untested until I get home and can do a local build. ETA: I think piaware does a restart of any UAT services if it isn't picking up UAT data. Maybe we should extend this logic to piaware too? |

Thought process here is that we're doing a bunch of log spam and restarts when we basically expect no traffic. May as well restrict that to the same time frame as the adjustment period.
