Retired MyMarker1HFDL.html as this is now incorporated in MyMarkers1.html. Rather than try and figure out how to undo all of this in the file. I just pointed the var EXT_HFDLMARKERS_LINK to the same location as EXT_MARKERS
Updated readme based on removal of MyMarker1HFDL.html. Underlying changes should not break current installs

Merging the changes to which markers script to use into
:mainMyMarkers1HFDL.html retired, and all pointers for this now just point to MyMarkers1.html
Should not break existing installs and anyone who has selected
hfdlas the markers type will just be re-directed to the standards markers script which now includes hfdl colour highlighting.
