Replace the creation of alternative raw frames corrected by pixel shifts (lvm-e{frame}*.fits files) by an lvmcore text file specifying the mjd, exposure number spec and rows to shift (like Dmitry's reports).

Additionally, add the correction applied as a header keyword.
