SNAP v9.0.2 update

This updated fixes some issues:

[SNAP-1568] Metadata of product is not written to NetCDF-CF format    
[SNAP-1562] Collocation operator should copy metadata of secondary products
[SNAP-1561] Connection to WMS service cannot be established 
[SNAP-1560] Memory leak in ceres-binio
[SNAP-1234] Image-Filter operator consumes to much memory
[SNAP-254]  Align FilterOperator with Image Filters from GUI
