CAMMAC pre-release for first AR6 FGD

Release created In order to provide a first formal release that can be quoted using a Zenodo reference.
The documentation is yet incomplete (and may be erroneous at some points)
This release was used for creating a number of AR6 chapter 8 CMIP6 based figures
