The example for stack alert sends constantly OK messages #1323

I installed exactly the slack alert example: https://github.com/sensu/sensu-puppet/blob/master/examples/slack_alerts.pp

The configuration sends constantly the OK messages, determined by the interval, but I expect to get OK messages only once.

What is wrong?
