PowerWorld Feature Update

I'm so happy to be able to release this. Here's all that's been added

You can use multiple wands, and use the plugin with multiple people. Just hold the wand when doing commands and two people can work simultaneous.

//undo is now added. You can step back 5 commands in unison. All command actions are synced together.

Set the Wand Equal to Enchanted Wooden Axe

Fixed bug where players carrying item can trigger plugin - no need to get scared of unauthorized use.
