Added the InnoSetup script in order to generate the driver installer which automatically copies the driver's DLL assembly into the common files folder and registers it using the RegAsm utility.

The early pre-release version of both driver&firmware. At least the stepper can be controlled via the astrophotography software, for instance, SharpCap and other ASCOM-compatible ones.

The next steps for preparing the actual release:

• add installer to add/remove the driver
• fix any possible issues
