Bureaucracy 0.6 (Beta 6)
UI Pass
- Allocation rates are now shown on the main screen.
- Construction screen now shows % completed, and investment remaining for each building.
- Construction screen now shows total investment needed at the bottom.
- Mysterious "QA" label changed to reflect what it's actually meant to be
- "Maximum Output" on Research tab relabelled to be clearer.

- Fixed an issue where priority status of upgrades would not be saved between scene switches.
- Fixed an issue where priority status would not be properly cleared when completing an upgrade.
Bureaucracy 0.4r1 (Beta 4)
- Experiment intercept limit lowered to 0.1 rather than 1.0 (ie experiments worth less than 0.1 science will be credited instantly)

- Add Autobalance costs option - will attempt to automatically balance your Maintenance/Wage/Launch costs if not set to default - can be turned off in the cfg.
- Facility Upgrades can now be cancelled by clicking the upgrade button for a third time.
- Improvements to save upgrade pipeline (will automatically resave defaultSettings.cfg if it's not up to date)
- Maximum science output is now shown on UI
- Fix Allocation Error UI having too much empty space at the bottom of the window.
