This PR provides:

• Add a currency and a supplier models
• Add currencies context functions and a currency producer
• Add missing vars to the CI jobs
• Add missing env vars
• Update the redis pass ci env var
• Add env vars to the CI test script
• Fix make command to test coverage
• Add http endpoints to fetch currencies
