Requirements

• Windows
• TF2
• HLMV (included as a part of TF2)
• Python 2.6+
• pip install numpy
• pip install pillow
• pip install poster (optional, available for Python 2.x only)
• pip install pypiwin32
• pip install wikitools (available for Python 2.x only)

If you have trouble with pip, install the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler.
