HLMV (included as a part of TF2)
Python 2.6+
pip install numpy
pip install pillow
pip install poster (optional, available for Python 2.x only)
pip install pypiwin32
pip install wikitools (available for Python 2.x only)

If you have trouble with pip, install the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler.
