Keepkey Donation Quote Never Updates to Non Donation Quote

Overview

Any Keepkey user currently trading with us is only getting a donation quote and our quote does not update once the toggle is switched off for donation.

Recreation Steps:

1. Make a large trade quote using KK on app.shapeshift.com
2. Toggle the donation button off and on.
3. Notice it doesn't update or give a new quote

Acceptance Criteria

Donation quotes on KK should work as intended and refresh to a non-donation quote
