Acceptance Criteria

• Can view multiple dApps in UI, grouped by Conencted, Stale, with expand and scrollbar
• Can disconnect a dApp to remove it
• Can reconnect an expired dApp
• Can remove a stale dApp
• Can click the url of a dApp to open new tab and view it
