Placeholder to integrate ShapeShift as a SAFE app

Worth keeping notes that when we start getting this in their UI to test bridging specifically. Lifi at onchainden is the current best experience, but i think with a alittle kajiggering we can actually make this awesome.

we have a team of people using this every week so, boom, in community testers.
