getting a 403 for a generic apt update call with the hits to shiftkey being ignored - just within the last 30min - came to the issues section and noticed another issue from same time frame -- maybe related but I'm heading out so just leaving this as a possible issue

nvm. saw the update just below after scrolling through the issues. I am a bit too early on the April 12th date this was supposed to be down for anyway!

April 13th 2024 | I'll add this note for anyone: if you 'apt update' without refreshing the sources list you may also encounter a NO_PUBKEY error even though the release is fetching again -

Re-adding the sources from the main documentation steps should fix that:
